INTRODUCTION:

DESTAR Pneumatically Actuated UPVC Diaphragm Valve consists of both a diaphragm valve and a pneumatic actuator. Powered by compressed air, it enables the regulation of fluid flow in pipelines. This valve can be configured to either fail open or fail closed. Both the actuator casing and the valve body are crafted from plastic, making them ideal for environments with challenging conditions, such as areas prone to leaks or corrosive gases. This series offers a cost-effective and dependable solution for controlling flow in pipelines. The Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve stands out for its low resistance, large flow capacity, leak-proof design, and fire/explosion resistance.

We offer sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4" in diameter, with connection options available as socket, flanges, or union ends. Diaphragm materials include EPDM, VITON, FPM, and PTFE. In addition to UPVC, we also offer CPVC, PPH, and PVDF for diaphragm valves.
