INTRODUCTION:

PPH True Union Diaphragm valves are commonly used as two-way shutoff valves. PPH is a durable material for industrial applications due to its resistance to various chemicals and high temperatures. For chemical applications, O-rings are typically made of EPDM or VITON, while diaphragm material options include EPDM, VITON, or PTFE. The multi-turn handwheel allows precise control of downstream flow, and clear polycarbonate position indicators offer visual feedback throughout valve travel. Adjustable travel stops, protected within the position indicator, enable travel adjustments. True union ends facilitate in-line operation for maintenance or valve replacement. DESTAR offers PPH true union diaphragm valves in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4", with socket, spigot, and flange connections. Socket ends can be joined using socket fusion or butt welding methods.
